Develop Your Gift

“Do not neglect the gift of God within you…” (I Timothy 4:14)

You are created and designed for a specific purpose. God has placed gifts inside of you to equip you to fulfill your purpose. Do you know what those gifts are? What are you passionate about? What can you do better than other people? What would you choose to do if there were no obstacles? God wants you to develop and pursue the gift inside of you. Your gift is a part of your destiny. But the gifts God gives aren’t just for us. He gives us gifts to help build the kingdom of God. You have a specific role to play in the body of Christ. That doesn’t mean God’s going to send you to a third world country or make you preach. But, there are people only you can reach. Are you using your gift to build the kingdom? Are you serving in your local church? Even if you are still discovering what your gifts are, you can simply take a step and volunteer. Everyone has something to give. You can give a smile, a handshake, or an encouraging word. As you step out and serve others, you’ll see the gift inside of you begin to grow, and you’ll move forward into the destiny God has in store for you!

Anointed To Heal

“You know of Jesus of Nazareth, how God anointed Him with the Holy Spirit and with Power, He went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him (Acts 10:38)

When Jesus walked the earth, He was on a mission. Not only did He come to die on the cross and save us from our sins, He had a mission to set people free from every kind of brokenness and oppression. He was anointed, or empowered by God, to fulfill His mission. Notice it doesn’t say that He went around doing good to some people, or healing some people. No. It says that He went around doing good and healing all. That was His mission, and He is still fulfilling that mission in the earth today. When you accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior, the Bible says that you become an ambassador of His. That means you are His representative. As His representative, you have access to the same power and authority that He has. You are empowered, or anointed, to fulfill His mission in the earth. You are anointed to do good and heal those who are oppressed by the enemy. Is there someone in your life who needs a touch from God today? You are His hands and feet. You are anointed to do good. You are anointed to pray for the sick. As you reach out to others and allow God to use you, you will see His power flow through you, and you will live the life of victory God has in store for you!

Keep No Record

“…Love keeps no record of wrong done to it” (I Corinthians 13:5)

The Bible says that God is love. He doesn’t just have love, He is love. The love we have is an extension of Him. When you invite Jesus to be the Lord of your life, the Bible says that He actually makes His home in your heart. Think about that for a minute. The Creator of the universe, who cannot be contained by anything, chose to make His home on the inside of your heart. That means that perfect love is on the inside of you. When you cooperate with God and submit your will to His, you are allowing His perfect love to flow through you. First Corinthians 13 tells us what that looks like. When we are walking in God’s love, we are patient. We are kind. Verse 5 says that love keeps no record of wrong. That’s simply forgiveness. Love always forgives. That doesn’t mean that the other person was right, it only means that you are choosing to let go of the bitterness, hurt, and anger. If you have a mental list of all the people who have hurt or offended you, let it go today. Cooperate with God and let His love work through you. As you do, you’ll see His power flow through you, and you’ll experience the life of victory God has promised

He Is The Healer

“He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds” (Psalm 147:3)

Aren’t you glad that God is a healer! It doesn’t matter what is “broken” in your life today, God’s nature is to bring you complete healing. Do you need healing in your body? Your mind? Heart? Finances? Relationships? God is your healer. Notice what the Psalmist says in this verse: He binds up their wounds. In the natural, if you have a broken arm, it doesn’t just heal over night. The doctor makes a cast to hold it in place and protect it. He binds up your wound. In the spiritual realm, God does the same thing. He wraps Himself around your brokenness and protects the wounded area until it is strong enough to function properly again. The Bible also says that He is a restorer. That means that when He does a work of healing in our lives, He makes us better than we were before. If you’re going through the healing process today, know this: it may take longer than you planned, but God is binding up your wound. He is protecting you and healing you. He will bring you out better and stronger than you were before. He will take you to a place of complete healing so that you can live the life of victory He has in store for you.

You Set The Limits

“What if they don’t believe? Will their lack of faith make the faith of God no effect?” (Romans 3:3)

There will always be critics and naysayers in life. It’s not what’s said about you that affects your life, but what you say and believe about yourself. Has the opinions of other people caused you to water down your dreams? One of the most important things you can learn is that other people don’t have to believe in you in order for your dreams to come to pass. Other people don’t set the limits for your life—you do. In Romans 3:3, the Apostle Paul is saying, “It doesn’t matter if other people don’t believe. Their unbelief is not going to keep me from believing in my dreams.” When God puts a promise in your heart, it’s not up to other people to bring it to pass, it’s up to you! You don’t need everyone to validate you. You have to follow the voice of God for yourself and allow Him to order your steps. God sees the hidden treasures that you’ve had buried on the inside of you. He wants to bring those treasures out and make your dreams reality! As you get rid of old, defeated thoughts and replace them with what God says about you, you will remove the limits and live the abundant life God has in store for you!

God Is On Your Side

“If God is for us, who can be against us?” (Romans 8:31)

As a believer in Jesus and a child of His, God is on your side today! If you haven’t thought about it yet today, remember, you are created for greatness. You have the seed of Almighty God inside of you. There is no obstacle that can stop you. There is no disadvantage that can hold you back. You’re in the palm of God’s hand, and He has equipped and empowered you for everything. When God is on your side, He sets the right people in your path. In fact, He’s already released favor into your future. He’s planning for you to come in to new seasons of increase. Have you given up on a dream? God is on your side, and He wants to resurrect it. Have you given up on a family member? God is on your side, and He wants to restore that relationship. God is on your side, and He has a plan for victory in every area of your life. Let that sink down into your heart today. Begin to expect His favor. Expect Him to work in your life. Focus on the fact that God has equipped you. He has anointed you. Your best days are still out in front of you! If God is for you, no one can rise against you! As you meditate on this promise, it will become real to you. You will walk in the favor and victory God has in store for you!

First Hang-out With My Students

Today's my first hang-out with my students. I'm a friendly teacher..rite???

3 pm ... watch my 2 students (Kelvin & Ahmad) having "Maximum Tune 3" competition on Timezone Medan Fair. They're facing the grand final competing with other 10 grand finalists. 3 rounds but they're eliminated on the second round.

6 pm ... going Sun Plaza to have dinner at TAKA BENTO and watch movie with other students again. Watching "Asterix at the Olympic Games" a funny and interesting movie!!!

He Prepares Your Path

“I will go before you and make the crooked places straight…” (Isaiah 45:2 NKJV)

Do you ever feel like every time you try to move forward in something, you hit a roadblock? Something happens that throws you off course. Be encouraged today because right now in your life, God is going before you. He’s preparing a way. He’s making your crooked places straight. He’s making your rough places smooth. You may be going through a difficult time right now, but it’s not the end. It’s only the beginning. God has equipped you for this journey. You may feel like you’re in a dry season, but don’t look at your circumstances. Look at the promise of God today! If you’ll keep speaking words of faith, God promises that He’ll anoint your head with oil and your cup will run over. That means you’ll be refreshed and anointed to do what He’s called you to do. God is preparing your path and equipping you for the journey. What do you need today to keep moving forward? Start by checking your attitude. Don’t go around complaining and focused on the negative side of things. Put on an attitude of praise and thanksgiving. Thank Him for making your crooked places straight! As you do, you’ll move forward in joy and gladness in the blessed future He has prepared for you!

Honor The Lord With Your Body

“Honor the Lord with your body” (I Corinthians 6:20)

The Scripture says that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit. We are commanded to honor the Lord with our bodies. How do you do that? You take care of it. You respect it. You treat it as valuable. You use your body to bring Him glory. When you stand strong against temptation, you are honoring the Lord with your body. When you take care of yourself by eating properly and getting enough sleep, you are honoring the Lord with your body. You are saying, “Lord, thank You for this gift of life. I am choosing to take care of myself so that I can serve You with my whole heart, mind, and strength.” As we enter into this holiday season, remember to honor the Lord by taking care of your body. Enjoy the treasures of the season, but don’t allow the hustle and bustle of the season to rob you from simply enjoying the blessing of your friends, family, and loved ones. As you honor the Lord with your body, you will be strengthened and empowered by His peace. You’ll be able to stand against temptation and walk in love this holiday season and all the days of your life!

Thin Blue Line

Forget to tell you that I've finished reading this book "Thin Blue Line" by Christine Caine. Connecting the birth process with the potential and dreams we have, Christine wrote a lot about her own life stories how to give birth physically and spiritually. She taught us about the process how to fulfil every vision that God put in our lifes.

12 chapters that really bless my life... It's all about "unlocking your potential and realising your dreams". You've got to read this book to stimulate every potential, dreams and visions put in your lifes.

Who could have imagined that all this started with a "thin blue line"???

Do Not Harden Your Heart

“Today, if you hear His voice, do not harden your hearts…” (Hebrews 3:15)

God desires that you continually rise to new levels. But how high you go in life and how much of God’s favor and blessing you experience is directly related to how obedient you are to His Word. The more obedient you are to His promptings, the more favor and blessing you’ll walk in. When you’re about to make a decision that you shouldn’t, there’s an uneasiness right down inside. That’s God trying to lead and guide you. If you ignore these promptings of His Spirit, your heart becomes hard. It becomes more difficult to hear His voice until we submit ourselves to Him again in humble obedience. Throughout life, God will deal with different areas in your life. He knows what’s holding you back, and He wants to see you move forward. He knows what areas you aren’t comfortable facing, and He wants to strengthen you to deal with those things. Listen to His voice, and don’t allow your heart to be hardened. As you allow Him to work in your life, He will take you to higher levels, and you will walk in the favor and blessing He has prepared for you!

My Final Project (Outrigger Truss System)

The outrigger and belt truss system is commonly used as one of the structural system to effectively control the excessive drift due to lateral load, so that, during small or medium lateral load due to either wind or earthquake load, the risk of structural and non-structural damage can be minimized. For high-rise buildings, particularly in seismic active zone or wind load dominant, this system can be chosen as an appropriate structure.

Watch What You Watch

“I will set no base or wicked thing before my eyes” (Psalm 101:3 AMP)

In this Psalm, David was determined to honor the Lord with his mind. David knew that what he watched with his eyes would affect his thinking. If he didn’t guard his mind by choosing carefully what he looked at, he would be drawn to do things that weren’t pleasing to the Lord. The same is true for us today. If we are watching things on TV or reading things in books or magazines that aren’t pleasing to the Lord, we are opening a door to the enemy. If we continue to look upon things that aren’t pleasing to the Lord, a stronghold is built in our thinking. We become enslaved to those thoughts. But thank God for the blood of Jesus that has the power to break those strongholds! If you are struggling with thoughts that you don’t want in your mind anymore, today, you can be free. First of all, receive the Lord’s forgiveness and make the choice to change what you are looking at. Let the Lord wash you clean and strengthen you by His Spirit. Focus your mind and thoughts on His Word and do not let any wicked thing before your eyes. As you determine to watch what you watch, you will be empowered by His Spirit and walk in the abundant life God has in store for you!

Bring Out The Best

“Love is kind” (I Corinthians 13:4)

One translation of this simple verse says that, “Love looks for a way to be constructive.” In other words, love looks for ways to improve someone else’s life. Love brings out the best in other people. Don’t just get up in the morning thinking about yourself or how you can make your own life better. Think about how you can make someone else’s life better. Ask yourself, “Who can I encourage today?” “Who can I build up?” You have something to offer those around you that no one else can give. Someone in your life needs your encouragement. Someone in your life needs to know that you believe in them. I believe God will hold us responsible for the people He’s put in our lives. He’s counting on us to bring out the best in our family and friends. Are you improving the lives of those around you? Are you giving them confidence? Ask the Lord to give you creative ways to encourage those around you. As you sow seeds of encouragement and bring out the best in others, God will send people along your path that will build you up so that you can move forward into the blessing He has in store for you.

The Greatest Thing

“Now these three remain: faith, hope, and love. But the greatest of these is love” (I Corinthians 13:13 NIV)

Spiritual maturity isn’t measured by how long you’ve been a Christian, or how much you know, or how often you go to church. Spiritual maturity is measured by the way you treat other people. It’s measured by the love you allow to operate in you. Corinthians tells us that one characteristic of love is that it is not rude. That means, when we are walking in love, we treat other people with courtesy and respect. Are you courteous to other people? Are you kind to the person at the check-out counter that may be moving too slowly for you? Are you gentle when you are driving down the highway and someone cuts you off? Are you patient with your family and coworkers? These are all characteristics of love. The Bible tells us that love is patient. It is kind. It does not envy; it is not proud. It is not rude. Love is not easily angered, and it keeps no record of wrong. Love never fails. Notice that these characteristics don’t have anything to do with feelings. Love is a choice. You can choose to walk in love toward people even when you don’t feel like it! Make the choice to do what is right. Choose today to show kindness and be courteous to others. Look for ways to cultivate the greatest thing in your life—love! As you do, you’ll move forward into the life of blessing God has in store for you!

Appointed Favor

"For we are God's handiwork, recreated in Christ Jesus, that we may do those good works which God predestined for us, taking paths which He prepared ahead of time, that we should walk in them, living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us to live” (Ephesians 2:10)

When God laid out the plan for your life, He lined up the right people, the right circumstances, and the right breaks. In your future, He’s already released favor, supernatural opportunities, and divine connections. The breaks you need in life have already been preordained to come across your path. If you will stay in faith and go out each day and be a person of excellence, you’ll walk into these appointments of favor. It will be just as if you stumbled into God’s blessings! When you really understand this principal, you’ll begin to get excited about every single day! You’ll have a spring in your step as you think about what blessing is coming next! It could be today. It could be tomorrow. It could be next week. Keep expecting. Keep believing. Stay focused on the fact that God has already released into your future everything you need to fulfill your destiny. Start declaring seasons of increase over your life. Declare that the favor is on you and opportunities are coming. As you do, you’ll move forward into the favor and blessing God has ordered for you!

Pursue Loyalty

“He who pursues righteousness and loyalty finds life” (Proverbs 21:21 NASB)

Have you ever noticed that righteousness and loyalty go together? In other words, if we’re not being loyal—to our family, friends, country, job—then we aren’t going to experience God’s best. Loyal people are honorable people. When you’re loyal, you stick with someone through think and thin. When you’re loyal, you keep your word to people—even if you get a “better” offer. Loyal people are respectful of their country and leaders. Loyal people honor their parents and defend their family. When you’re loyal, you are a person of integrity. You build trust with others. Is this an area where you can rise higher? Can you be more loyal? Are you faithful in the things you’re committed to? Don’t let the distractions of every day life keep you from pursuing loyalty. Look for ways to show your loyalty to those around you. Is there something you can set aside for the sake of a loved one? Show that love by staying loyal. As you pursue loyalty and righteousness, just as this verse promises—you will find that abundant life the Lord has planned for you!

Press Through

“Keep on asking and it will be given to you; keep on seeking and you will find; keep on knocking and the door will be opened to you” (Matthew 7:7 AMP)

In Mark, chapter five, there was a woman who had been sick for twelve years. The doctors gave her no hope. But she heard that Jesus was coming through her town. Something deep on the inside said to her, “This is your season. This is your time to get well.” In the natural, when she saw all the people around Him, she thought, “I’ll never get to Him. It’s so crowded and I’m weak. I just don’t think I can do this.” She almost missed her season. But instead of dwelling on those negative thoughts, she started reminding herself, “If I can just get to Jesus, I will be whole.” She made the choice to turn her thoughts in the right direction. She kept pressing her way through the crowd until she got just close enough to Jesus to reach out and touch the edge of His robe. Instantly, she was made whole. Jesus said to her, in Mark 5:34, “Daughter, your faith has made you well.” Notice it’s our faith that activates God’s power. What have you been believing God for? Don’t give up! Press through! Keep praying! Keep asking! Keep seeking! God is faithful! As you press through, He’ll meet your faith with His miraculous power, and you’ll step forward in the victory He has planned for you!

Free For All

“Then Peter said, I now realize how true it is that God does not show favoritism but accepts men from every nation who fear Him and do what is right” (Acts 10:35 NIV)

Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom—and God’s freedom is free for everyone! It doesn’t matter what your nationality or heritage is, or who your family is. It doesn’t matter how much money you have or don’t have, God wants you free from every type of bondage so that He can have a close and pure relationship with you. God wants to pour out His abundant blessing on ALL who honor Him and do what is right. In fact, the Bible says in Galatians that In Christ, there is no Jew or Greek or even male or female. That means, God’s not judging you based on external conditions. He’s looking at your heart. He’s looking at the giftings He’s placed inside of you. Don’t let the enemy lie to you and tell you that God is blessing everyone else but you. Look for the ways God is pouring out blessing in your life. Thank Him for His acceptance and love. Thank Him for the gift of life and freedom! Focus on the goodness of God with an open. Honor Him and do what is right and you’ll see His hand of blessing in every area of your life!
